place a small handful of bilberries (or blueberries) in a pretty coupe glass or other favorite stemware, add as many scoops of your favorite vanilla ice cream (or fruit sorbet for a vegan alternative) as you prefer, swirl on a touch of berry syrup (homemade preserves even yummier), and top with extra berries and little flowers
